The laundry room is a separate structure on the main level. It has two washers and two driers. Behind it you'll also find a clotheline. One of the washers is oversized, suitable for washing lots of sheets and towels.
Sometimes bats live in the laundry room! I've never had any trouble with them, but sometimes when you open the giant door, a small bat flops to the ground. She'll fly away after she wakes up.
