Most important!

• Make sure all electric heaters are off
• Eagle's Nest. There are two, the two-switch in-wall, and a plug-in electric fireplace.
• Overlook in-wall. Two switches set so there are no red lights.
• Lupine in-wall. Two switches set so there are no red lights.
• The Hideaway in-wall. Spin the knob all the way to LOW. If it was on, the fan may continue to run until it cools.
• Studio in-wall. Two switches set so there are no red lights.
• Lupine's bathroom has a heater but this is on a timer
• The Bunkhouse. A plug-in electric fireplace. There is a remote control.
• Turn hot tub temperature down to 85F
• Make sure hot tub cover is latched closed
• Make sure no water is running: toilets or faucets.
• Lock exterior doors.
• Eagle's Nest. Pull firmly to make sure it latches.
• Lupine's back door through the bathroom.
• The giant door to outside from Sola. Pull firmly.
• Kitchen door.
• Hideaway to green deck. There is no lock on the knob. Pull hard and turn the deadbolt.
• Studio sliding glass door.
• Close and lock the main door. Deadbolt optional.
• Make sure the keys are back in the lockbox. Lockbox code: (please ask)

Essentials done!

• Garbage
• Put garbage in black garbage bin.
• Put recycling in blue bin.
• Put food waste in metal garbage can, eventually that gets dumped in the green bin by the road.
• Garbage is collected Mondays around 9am.
• Put garbage and/or recycling bins on street if near full.
• If you are present after pickup, bring garbage and recycling bins back to the driveway
• Green bin (yard waste and compost) always stays down by the street. The green bin is collected Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning
• Laundry:
• Remove any sheets that were used. Put used sheets and towels in the laundry room.
• Remake beds with fresh sheets from the closet in the bathroom outside Overlook
• Turn off all lights. This is harder than it might seem, double check.
• Start the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes in it.
• Dehumidifiers
• The big one in living room turns itself on and off, and it drains itself. Just leave it alone.
• The other 4 may need to have water drained. Leave them running:
• Studio's and Hideaway's have smart switches that turn them on and off. They are on 8am-3pm.
• Lupine's and the Bunkhouses's dehumidifiers hould be ON. They run when humidity is high.
